DESCRIPTION:Chinatown‘s Wentworth Avenue boasts the Chinatown Gate\, numerous paintable storefronts\, and the 1920’s Merchants building with its tiles and pagoda roof. It’s a wonderful neighborhood and the residents are always friendly and intrigued by our paintings. A great plein air neighborhood!!!\n\nChinatown entrance gate\, 2206 S Wentworth\, Chicago\, IL 60616\n\n\nPing Tom Memorial Park‘s 12-acre site was originally a Chicago and Western Indiana Railroad yard located along the edge of the South Branch of the Chicago River. Named in honor of Chinatown’s most noted civic leader\, Ping Tom (1935-1995)\, the park offers a Chinese style pavilion and a different view of the skyline upriver.\n\n\n\nPing Tim Memorial Park\, 1700 S Wentworth Ave\, Chicago\, IL 60616
