DESCRIPTION:One company’s trash is another group’s treasure! From Southport/Kingsbury you can see the Ozinga cement plant\, a tannery\, and the big overgrown area. The bridge views offer the river with boats and industry. \nVehicle traffic is prohibited at Cortland and Kingsbury headed west all the way across the bridge. But it’s open to pedestrians and bikes!! \nSidenote: this 1902 landmark is the oldest trunnion bascule bridge in the country. \nMany sandwich shops on Clybourn for coffee and restrooms. Street parking.

DESCRIPTION:Old Town is a busy thriving neighborhood which offers us many choices.  You can paint at Twin Anchors Restaurant\, 1655 N. Sedgwick Street.  This is an old-fashioned restaurant with a 1940’s look.  If you walk west\, you’ll find the historic St. Michael’s Church at 1633 N Cleveland Street or the Midwest Buddhist Temple at 435 W Menomonee Street.  The Old Town Art Center is at 1763 N North Park Ave.\, which is an interesting street. If you prefer city buildings\, stores\, and restaurants\, then take a walk down Wells Street.  Whatever route you choose\, you will not be disappointed. Restrooms\, Old Town Triangle Association\, or Starbucks at 210 W North Ave.

DESCRIPTION:The Clarence Buckingham Memorial Fountain\, one of the largest in the world\, is located at Columbus Drive (301 East) and Congress Parkway (500 South) in Grant Park and runs from 8 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily. While in operation\, the Fountain produces a major water display for 20 minutes every hour.  During the major display\, a center jet shoots water to a height of 150 feet into the air. Major displays begin daily at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter\, every hour on the hour.
