Edgewater Beach Apartments opened in 1928 as an upscale, cosmopolitan residence. We will be exhibiting there later in the summer, so now is a good time to get some paintings done on this subject! The Edgewater neighborhood is interesting and show-worthy as well.
Beautiful expansive park with lagoons and architecturally interesting boathouse. Field House has restrooms. Cafe Colao is a 10 minute walk.
Montrose Harbor provides views of Lake Michigan along with many types of boats. The proximity of restrooms will be determined as we get closer to the event.

Park with lake views, rocky jetty, and small lagoon. The Park is just north of the Dawes House, where we were originally going to paint, but they have an event happening there this Saturday.
The address is approximate. Use one of the parking apps as this neighborhood is not easy to park in, however, the views of boats in the harbor, boathouses, and the lake are wonderful! A meeting spot to consider is the Chicago Yacht Club area.
