Biographical Info
Muriel is a realist painter. She incorporates her feelings into every artwork created whether portraiture or Landscapes.
She uses color and light to illuminate her paintings.
She joined the Plein Air Painters of Chicago in 2018 and loves to paint outdoors capturing a variety of cityscapes. She is an interpretive realist, using color and light in innovative ways to illuminate her paintings, whether from live models or photographs. She is also an artist member of Palette and Chisel Academy of Fine art.
