Tobin Richter

Biographical Info Tobin Marais Richter paints cityscapes, landscapes and still life studies in oils. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Architecture (Degree in City Planning) and the School of Law. He is an artist member of Chicago's Palette & Chisel and a member of the Plein Air Washington Artists.
